Church of Harm Reduction has began small harm reduction outreach providing needle exchange, health education, and peer support in South King County. We are currently looking for a location to do regular drop-in services. Our peer outreach workers are trained by the Seattle-King County Public Health Department to do peer outreach including needle exchange.
